General Description:
As a Warehouse Technician, you would be responsible for all aspects of receiving, shipping and controlling incoming and outgoing new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, wheels and other types of tire related products and materials for a Goodyear Commercial Tire &amp; Service Centers location.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
<ul><li>Oversee all inbound and outbound tire shipments of new and retreaded tires to internal and external customers.
</li><li>Responsible for securing inventory assets and inventory control
</li><li>Perform cycle counts, preparing and fulfilling orders
</li><li>Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements pertaining to this position.
</li><li>Operate a forklift and related equipment to load and unload trucks and move material within the warehouse.
</li><li>Maintain warehouse area in a neat and organized manner.
</li><li>Provide &quot;Service Excellence - Always&quot; to meet the service goals of the location.
</li><li>Review shipments and advising management of shortages or damaged shipments.
</li><li>Work with Service Manager and the Office Manager on proper documentation of merchandise to control.

As a Pick-Up and Delivery Driver you will be responsible to pick up and deliver Goodyear Commercial Tire and Service Center products in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

<li>All aspects of pickup and delivery of new and retreaded commercial tires, casings and other types of tire pickup and delivery between Goodyear Commercial Tire &amp; Service Centers locations, customers and Goodyear dealers.</li>
<li>Maintain customer relationships including building and maintaining customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, mounted wheel assemblies and related products while following all safety rules and procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible for documentation completion with delivery.</li>
<li>Provide &quot;Service Excellence - Always&quot; to meet the service goals of the location and of customers.</li>
<li>Keep all documents and maintenance records up to date on equipment assigned, e.g.,DOT Log.</li>
<li>Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
</li><li>7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or related IT security disciplines.
</li><li>Hands-on experience administering and operating the Rapid7 platform (InsightVM/Nexpose or broader Rapid7 capabilities), including configuration and ongoing management.
</li><li>Experience working in complex enterprise environments, with exposure to manufacturing or operational technology (OT) systems and high-availability or legacy infrastructure.
