Waiter/Waitress- in Restaurant

Job Title: Civil Technician (Maintenance)Job Criteria / Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil maintenance works such as:</li><li>Masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and gypsum works</li><li>Minor concrete repairs and finishing works</li><li>Waterproofing and leak rectification</li><li>Ability to carry out site inspections and identify civil defects</li><li>Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance</li><li>Capable of preparing maintenance reports, work orders, and material requests</li><li>Ability to estimate materials, manpower, and repair costs</li><li>Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe work practices</li><li>Able to coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and supervisors</li><li>Basic knowledge of drawings and as-built layouts</li><li>Familiar with CMMS / maintenance systems is an advantage</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to handle client complaints professionally</li><li>Physically fit and willing to respond to emergency maintenance call</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
