FMCG Sales Executive &ndash; DistributionWe are hiring an experienced FMCG Sales Executive with a strong background in distribution companies to drive sales growth and manage retail and wholesale accounts.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Achieve monthly sales and collection targets within assigned territories</li><li>Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail outlets</li><li>Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in the market</li><li>Execute promotions and support new product launches</li><li>Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and ensure FIFO compliance</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5-6 years&rsquo; experience as a Sales Executive in an FMCG distribution company</li><li>Proven exposure to retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license (preferred/required)</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting</li></ul>We will prioritize those candidates who have experience in the food industry.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR1.00 per month

Position: Chef de Partie/Commi &ndash; BakeryJob SummaryThe Chef de Partie/Commi &ndash; Bakery is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality baked goods while supervising junior kitchen staff. The role ensures consistency, food safety compliance, and adherence to company standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery items according to recipes and standards</li><li>Manage daily bakery production and mise en place</li><li>Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation</li><li>Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and bakery assistants</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen for requisitions</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations (HACCP)</li><li>Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products</li><li>Minimize food wastage and control costs</li><li>Assist in developing new bakery and dessert items when required</li><li>Ensure equipment is used and maintained properly</li></ul>Job Requirements / Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Commis in Bakery/Pastry section</li><li>Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or Pastry is an advantage</li><li>Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and pastry basics</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment</li><li>Good time management and organizational skills</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards</li><li>Team player with good communication skills</li><li>Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR1.00 per month
