Job Description:Job Summary:The Waitress/ Waiter/Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking and serving food and beverage orders, handling customer payments, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service &amp; Order Taking:<ul><li>Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and assist them to their tables.</li><li>Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.</li><li>Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with service standards.</li><li>Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing requests or concerns.</li></ul>Cashiering &amp; Payment Handling:<ul><li>Handle billing processes through the POS system accurately.</li><li>Process cash, card, and electronic payments, and issue receipts.</li><li>Maintain proper cash handling procedures and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.</li><li>Record transactions and prepare sales summaries as required.</li></ul>Operational &amp; Housekeeping Duties:<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas, tables, and cashier counter.</li><li>Ensure proper table setup and assist in resetting tables for the next guests.</li><li>Refill condiments, napkins, and other service items as necessary.</li><li>Support in take-away and delivery orders as needed.</li><li>Follow all company health, hygiene, and safety policies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience as a waitress and/or cashier in a restaurant or caf&eacute; is preferred.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic math and computer skills for handling POS transactions.</li><li>Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.</li><li>Presentable appearance and positive work attitude.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR1.00 per month
