Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Coordinator with a civil engineering background. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in landscape projects and a minimum of 3+ years of UAE experience.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience (mandatory)</li><li>Proven experience in landscape projects (mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of project coordination and site activities</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports</li><li>Maintain project documentation and records</li><li>Assist in project planning and scheduling activities</li><li>Track material deliveries and site requirements</li><li>Follow up on approvals, drawings, and submissions</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and site teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards</li><li>Identify delays and support in resolving project issues</li><li>Attend meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)</li><li>Support site engineers and project managers in daily activities.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Draft Department Head to lead our drafting team for landscape projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive UAE experience, and expertise in landscape drafting and design coordination.Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in landscape drafting/design.</li><li>Proven experience leading and managing a drafting department/team.</li><li>Strong knowledge of landscape construction drawings, detailing, and shop drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.</li><li>Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE regulations and standards.</li><li>Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and team management skills.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and supervise the drafting department.</li><li>Review and approve landscape drawings and technical submissions.</li><li>Ensure project drawings comply with client requirements and company standards.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams.</li><li>Monitor drafting schedules and ensure timely project delivery.</li><li>Mentor and develop drafting team members.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
