The ideal candidate should have 3&ndash;4 years of experience in landscape projects and be capable of handling project quantity surveying responsibilities from project initiation through completion.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.</li><li>Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).</li><li>Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.</li><li>Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations.</li><li>Prepare progress payment certificates and variation orders.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.</li><li>Assist in contract administration and project cost control.</li><li>Maintain accurate project records and reports.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;4 years of experience in landscape companies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.</li><li>Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>UAE experience is preferred.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
