Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional to manage estimation and operations for advertising projects, including signages, branding, acrylic works, vinyl, and digital printing. The role involves preparing precise cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing production and installation activities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for fit-out projects.</li><li>Review architectural and interior fit-out drawings, specifications, and project scopes.</li><li>Source prices from suppliers and subcontractors for joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, painting, and finishes.</li><li>Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations with precision.</li><li>Prepare variation orders and estimates for additional works.</li><li>Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for planning costs and execution.</li><li>Supervise daily fit-out site activities.</li><li>Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and work schedules.</li><li>Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and project timelines.</li><li>Monitor material delivery, usage, and maintain site stock control.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on progress and costs.</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE requirements on site.</li><li>Handle site measurements, snag lists, and project handover activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in signage, branding, and advertising projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of signage materials, printing processes, LED components, CNC/laser cutting, and fabrication techniques.</li><li>Excellent analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with estimation tools/software.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job Title: HSE OfficerThe HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment across all company sites and workshops. This role involves implementing and enforcing HSE policies, conducting inspections, managing high-risk activities, and promoting a culture of safety among employees and subcontractors.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement and enforce company HSE policies, site-specific RAMS, and Permit-to-Work procedures.</li><li>Conduct daily site and workshop inspections; identify hazards and perform risk assessments.</li><li>Manage Permit-to-Work for hot work, work at height, confined space and electrical isolation.</li><li>Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and on-the-job safety coaching for workers and subcontractors.</li><li>Monitor and control high-risk activities: hot work, lifting operations, scaffolding, cutting/grinding, painting, and electrical tasks.</li><li>Inspect PPE, tools, equipment and machinery; ensure maintenance and inspection records are up to date.</li><li>Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare investigation reports, and follow up corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Verify subcontractor HSE plans, competency, certifications and compliance on site.</li><li>Maintain HSE documentation: inspection checklists, PTW logs, induction records, MSDS, incident reports and NCRs.</li><li>Coordinate emergency preparedness: fire drills, evacuation procedures, first-aid readiness and liaison with emergency services.</li><li>Enforce housekeeping, access/egress, signage, and environmental controls (dust, VOCs, noise, waste segregation).</li><li>Monitor and maintain safety records for all machinery and equipment across group companies, ensuring regular inspection and compliance with safety standards.</li></ul>Certifications: NEBOSH IGC / IOSH Managing Safely / First Aid / Fire Safety or equivalent.Job Type: Full-time
