We're looking for one person who can both shoot and edit &mdash; capturing polished raw footage on location, then turning it into final, on-brand videos across listings, short-form social, and long-form YouTube.Responsibilities<ul><li>Travel to properties to film ground and drone footage for real estate listing videos (typically two shoot days per cycle).</li><li>Edit raw footage into polished, client-ready listing videos within a 48-hour turnaround.</li><li>Cut short-form vertical content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) for client social pages &mdash; hooks, pacing, captions, trending audio.</li><li>Edit longer-form YouTube videos for Skycrest's own content channel (real estate education + video tips).</li><li>Color correct and clean up audio to a consistent branded look/sound.</li><li>Manage a delivery queue and hit turnaround deadlines against a recurring monthly output of about 60 shorts and 2 long-form videos.</li><li>Light social media scheduling/posting as needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Comfortable filming on location &mdash; camera operation, framing, and lighting for real estate walkthroughs.</li><li>Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.</li><li>Strong short-form editing instincts (retention, pacing, captions).</li><li>Solid color grading and audio mixing skills.</li><li>Reliable transportation to travel to listing locations.</li><li>Reliable, deadline-driven, communicates proactively on progress/blockers.</li><li>Portfolio or reel showing both filming and editing work required.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (for drone operation).</li><li>Real estate or property marketing background.</li><li>Motion graphics / basic animation.</li><li>Own filming or drone equipment.</li></ul>Pay: $750.00 - $950.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Video editing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Idaho Falls, ID 83415 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Idaho Falls, ID 83415
