You will be the first point of contact for high net worth individuals, introducing them to exclusive off plan properties and investment opportunities in the Dubai market.We are looking for learners and performers individuals who are hungry to succeed and ready to master the art of real estate sales.Key Responsibilities&middot; Proactive Lead Generation: Make high volume outbound calls to generate the qualified leads Dubai real estate projects.&middot; Client Engagement: Use your expressive communication skills to build instant rapport with prospects, uncover their investment needs, and educate them on the benefits of the Dubai property market (tax free income, high ROI, etc.).&middot; Qualification: Identify serious buyers and schedule high quality appointments or virtual tours for our senior sales consultants.&middot; Data Management: Accurately update the CRM with call outcomes, client preferences, and follow up tasks.&middot; Follow ups: Persistently follow up with warm leads to ensure no opportunity is lost.&middot; Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, payment plans, and visa regulations to provide accurate information to clients.Who We Are Looking For: The &quot;Enthusiastic Performer&quot;We don't just hire for experience; we hire for attitude.
