We&rsquo;re looking for an Entry-Level SEO Specialist to support organic search initiatives for a mix of small business and enterprise-level clients. This is a learning-focused role designed for someone who is interested in digital marketing and wants hands-on experience in SEO.No prior SEO experience is required. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You&rsquo;ll be trained on SEO fundamentals and work closely with experienced team members to help execute and support SEO tasks across client accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Execution &amp; Support<ul><li>Assist with keyword research and basic SEO analysis</li><li>Help implement on-page optimizations (page titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links)</li><li>Support content optimization using SEO best practices</li><li>Identify basic SEO issues and flag them for senior team members</li><li>Follow documented SEO processes and checklists</li></ul>Technical SEO (Training &amp; Support)<ul><li>Learn how to run and review technical SEO audits</li><li>Assist with identifying issues related to indexing, site structure, and page performance</li><li>Support developers and senior SEO team members by documenting issues and tracking fixes</li><li>Monitor site health and report potential problems</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Learn how to use tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console</li><li>Track basic SEO metrics such as traffic trends, rankings, and engagement</li><li>Help prepare internal and client-facing reports</li><li>Summarize findings in clear, simple language</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Learning<ul><li>Work with account managers, content teams, and developers</li><li>Participate in training sessions and team reviews</li><li>Occasionally join client calls as an observer or support role</li><li>Ask questions, take feedback, and continuously improve</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>No prior SEO or marketing experience required</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization</li><li>Willingness to learn and take direction</li><li>Basic computer and internet skills</li><li>Comfortable working with spreadsheets and documents</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to manage time and meet deadlines</li></ul>Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)<ul><li>Interest in digital marketing, SEO, or analytics</li><li>Familiarity with websites, blogging, or content creation</li><li>Basic understanding of how search engines work</li><li>Experience using Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Analytics&mdash;even casually)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Keyword research: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
