Job description:We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong UX thinking and the ability to create meaningful, user-centered, and visually clean designs for websites and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has 2&ndash;3 years of experience and is comfortable working the Mid shift.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate user-centered designs for web and mobile apps with a focus on usability and clarityDesign intuitive layouts, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypesCollaborate with product managers and developers to deliver smooth, consistent user experiencesImprove existing interfaces based on user feedback, research, and design best practicesEnsure responsive design, clean UI, and consistency across all digital platformsContribute to design systems and maintain organized design files in Figma or similar toolsRequirements2-3 years of experience in UX/UI designStrong portfolio showcasing website and mobile app design workProficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other UI design toolsGood understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction designAbility to work independently during night shift hoursStrong attention to detail and a modern visual design senseShift Timings:Mid Shift 03pm to 12amJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Writer to support our pre-sales and post-sales activities by creating clear, structured, and technically sound documentation. This role will work closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate client requirements into actionable documents and visual flows.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare pre-sales and post-sales documentation including proposals, SOWs, BRDs, and FRDs</li><li>Translate client and business requirements into clear technical documentation</li><li>Create user flows, system diagrams, and supporting visuals, and assist solution architects with high-level architectural diagrams</li><li>Conduct competitor research, feasibility analysis, and solution validation to support proposals</li><li>Collaborate with sales, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure scope clarity and smooth handover</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or similar role</li><li>Strong written English and documentation skills</li><li>Good understanding of software development concepts, web and mobile applications, and system integrations</li><li>Experience with documentation and diagramming tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar</li><li>Ability to work independently during night shift hours</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
