Job Duties:. Effectively Perform Repairs:1. Troubleshoot your work minimize parts switching2. Perform repair per standard and/or manual3. Ensure that equipment and conditions are maintained at required safe levels2. Perform field maintenance as assigned3. Maintain a cost-wise management of the small / specialty tools4. Establish and maintain the orderly (5S) storage of equipment/vehicles on the yard and in field. Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic

As a CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LABORER, you&rsquo;ll be:&middot; Operating hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.&middot; Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.&middot; Helping equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.&middot; Cleaning and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials.&middot; Loading, unloading, or identifying building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.&middot; Digging ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes.&middot; Perform site activities required of green certified construction practices, such as implementing waste management procedures, identifying materials for reuse, or installing erosion or sedimentation control mechanisms.&middot; Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.&middot; Following instructions from supervisors.&middot; Performing site clean-up.As a CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LABORER, you&rsquo;ll need:&middot; To be at least 18 years of age&middot; A high school diploma or equivalentJob Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Applicants must be available to work any day of the week and any shift.
