 The Role
 
 
 
 As an AI Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions across a range of business-critical platforms. You&rsquo;ll work in a collaborative; forward-thinking engineering team focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI and agent-based systems.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong software engineering background with experience in modern architectures (e.g. microservices, distributed systems)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven interest and practical exposure to
 
 Generative AI
 
 and agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI)
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end (from concept through to production)
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial experience with
 
 AWS and/or Azure
 
 , including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant cloud certifications (AWS or Azure) are highly desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge convention and drive innovation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Desirable Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 Python and/or Java
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 AWS Bedrock
 
 and related AI/ML services
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
 </li>
 <li>
 A true engineering mindset with a passion for building scalable, robust systems
 </li>
