If you&rsquo;ve created listing videos, polished agent voiceovers, and understand the fast-paced world of real estate content&mdash;we want to work with you.What You&rsquo;ll Do: You&rsquo;ll turn 4K RAW footage into high-impact real estate videos that help agents stand out and invest in their brand. Our videos appear everywhere from MLS listings to social media&mdash;and you&rsquo;ll help us raise the bar on all of it.Requirements (Non-Negotiable):<ul><li>Real estate video editing experience</li><li>Final Cut Pro user (only) &ndash; we do not use Premiere, DaVinci, or any other platform</li><li>Ability to follow direction and match our in-house editing style</li><li>Able to join calls with lead editor and eventually customers</li><li>Reliable with daily deadlines and consistent turnaround times</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Be Editing:<ul><li>Vertical and cinematic-style real estate videos</li><li>Agent voiceovers and walk-through dialogue</li><li>Subtitles/captions to boost engagement</li><li>Clean music/sound design, on-trend transitions, and visual polish</li></ul>Ideal Fit:<ul><li>Detail-oriented, creative, and trend-aware</li><li>Excellent communicator who works well remotely</li><li>Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving environment</li><li>Open to feedback and team collaboration</li></ul>Pay &amp; Perks:<ul><li>$20&ndash;30/hour, depending on experience</li><li>Accrual-based PTO</li><li>Health benefits available after completing a full year&rsquo;s worth of hours (50/50 split between you and HD Bros)</li></ul>Workload &amp; Availability: This is a remote role with consistent weekly editing needs.
