We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Front Desk Receptionist Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a spa or wellness environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact, the Spa Front Desk Lead plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Reception &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere.</li><li>Assist clients with check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable spa experience.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling via phone, email, and in person, while maintaining efficient service flow.</li><li>Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and poise.</li><li>Provide personalized recommendations on spa treatments and retail products to enhance the client experience.</li></ul>Front Desk Operations &amp; Leadership:<ul><li>Oversee and train front desk team members, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service.</li><li>Manage daily front desk operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.</li><li>Implement front desk procedures to ensure efficiency, organization, and an optimal client experience.</li><li>Collaborate with spa therapists, estheticians, and management to streamline communication and workflow.</li></ul>Marketing, Promotions &amp; Social Media:<ul><li>Assist in developing and executing spa promotions, special offers, and membership programs to drive business growth.</li><li>Manage and create engaging content for the spa&rsquo;s social media platforms, including capturing in-spa experiences.</li><li>Promote retail products and services to increase sales and client engagement.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives by maintaining an updated knowledge of current specials and packages.</li></ul>Appointment &amp; Revenue Management:<ul><li>Optimize scheduling to maximize appointment bookings and therapist availability.</li><li>Confirm client bookings, follow up on cancellations, and minimize no-shows.</li><li>Process payments accurately and manage service billing with attention to detail.</li><li>Track and report key performance metrics, including sales, appointment bookings, and customer retention.</li></ul>Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Maintain accurate client records and update booking systems.</li><li>Assist in inventory management, restocking products, and coordinating with vendors.</li><li>Ensure all front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.</li></ul>Collaboration with Upper Management:<ul><li>Work closely with spa leadership to implement strategies for business growth.</li><li>Provide feedback on client trends, service improvements, and operational enhancements.</li><li>Participate in meetings to align front desk operations with overall spa goals.</li><li>Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating front desk staff performance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsExperience &amp; Education:✔ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service role (front desk or leadership experience preferred). ✔ Proficiency in scheduling software and point-of-sale systems is a plus. ✔ Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services is an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>12 hour shift</li><li>Evening shift</li><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Farragut, TN 37934 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
