Requirements:<ul><li>
3+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting a plus)</li><li>
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills</li><li>
Experience identifying passive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach</li><li>
Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>
Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with senior leadership</li><li>
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team</li></ul>
