JOB SUMMARY 
 
Reset Merchandiser Partners perform merchandising resets and small fixture installations supporting new store construction and store remodels. Store fixture installations include floor fixtures and other store display equipment. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
 
<ul><li>Ability to decipher plans/prints.
</li><li>Must have the ability to work with crews during reset/remodel, meeting time expectations while maintaining work quality and safety.</li><li>Projects involve dismantling, assembly, and placement of a wide variety of retail fixtures. Build specialty merchandising units, stands, and displays.
</li><li>Extensive profiling of bays and sections, including shelving and accessories</li><li>Fixture Installation (Pallet Racking, Gondola, etc.)</li><li>Ensure fixture plans are set by blueprints for new and remodeled stores and merchandise is set by planogram.</li><li>Follow-up as needed with Company on construction, electrical, plumbing or painting.</li><li>Ensure vendor fixtures have been ordered and merchandise set up within required time frame.</li></ul>
- Ensure fixtures are cleaned or painted as necessary. Cleaning of shelves, arrangement, and placement of products on the shelves in accordance with blueprints and plan-o-grams.
 
<ul><li>Restock account inventories by moving product from back rooms to cold boxes, displays and warm shelves in assigned accounts; must follow Code Date Policy and ensure rotation of product.</li><li>Maintain product placement schematic integrity while managing re-merchandising projects including grand openings and remodels.</li><li>Responsible for compliance with all safety program requirements; Store Inventory Management (SIM) and POG SOPs</li><li>Conduct POG Audits</li><li>Use technology to connect electronic shelf tags.</li><li>Customer Service:</li><li>Greet customers.</li><li>Guide them to the right section depending on their needs.</li><li>Cover stores outside of designated territory on as needed basis and/or vacation coverage.</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; KEY REQUIREMENTS 
 
Entry level individual contributor position providing service or support in a hands-on environment supporting daily business activities. Works under direct supervision on routine tasks and follows standard procedures with very little independent judgement. 
 
High school, vocational, or Associate's degree
 
0+ years of experience generally expected. 
 
- Experience desired includes - home improvement stores, big box retail, pharmacy, planograms, national rollouts, remodel, gondola, new stores, and experience with national racking standards and Gondola / Retail Fixture installation and deep understanding of merchandising. 
<ul><li>Prior construction experience a plus.</li><li>Ability to move fixtures on wheels.</li><li>An understanding of floor plans and fixture placement drawings</li><li>Read and understand directions and instructions on Smart phones or tablets.</li><li>Applicants must have a valid driver's license. <ul><li>Oversees receiving, processing, and tracking of all inbound fixtures deliveries, including those from Store remodels, closings, openings, perpetual clean-ups, fixture manufacturers, and vendors</li><li>Issues fixture order tickets as directed in the system; ensures accurate updating / completion of tickets and fixture items</li><li>Oversees Depot database system to create fixture issue tickets, fixture updates and input support; edits database as needed (price / description changes, new / discontinued items, etc.); runs reports / analyzes data to determine fixture availability, most-requested and slowest-moving parts</li><li>Processes repurposed fixtures according to Depot SOPs; inputs fixtures into database; determines fixtures to be refurbished; separates unusable fixture for transport to recycling center</li><li>Applies a general understanding of Store Shelf Edge Manager-related processes (project management, space management, inventory management)</li></ul> 
Stock Control Clerk: 
<ul><li>Monitors loading activity; verifies completed orders are loaded as planned</li><li>Performs item / slot maintenance; ensures product is accurately stored.</li><li>Ensures warehouse inventory is accurate</li><li>Monitors / evaluates status of Forklift Operators, Stockers, and Order Selectors</li><li>Open master cases; verifies correct purchase orders.</li><li>Corresponds with acquisitions to ensure proper purchase orders are received.

-Acknowledges items on plan-o-gram issue log within one business day; responds to / closes Tier 1 support issues within one business day; responds clearly and concisely; appropriately escalates Tier 2 issues 
<ul><li>Responds to internal customers (e.g., Shelf Edge, Merchandising, Store Partners, etc.) within a 24-48-hour timeline, as directed in Depot SOPs. Flow of Goods Specialist: 
<ul><li>Coordinates all issues related to facility inventory integrity and product movement</li><li>Coordinates cycle counts</li><li>Performs daily and next day receiving audits to ensure inventory accuracy.</li><li>Interprets reports related to inventory control and items for special distribution</li><li>Safely operates all material handling equipment within the facility</li><li>Ensures completion of all inventory verification and monitoring / tracking processes</li><li>Ensures daily operational benchmarks are on track (on-time releases and receiving)</li><li>Handles all Transfer Requests from Acquisition Managers.</li><li>Ensures all incoming Purchase Orders at offsite facilities are accurate.
</li><li>Does quarterly facility audits of inside and outside of the warehouse to look for structural damage.</li></ul>
Shelf Edge Depot Only: 
<ul><li>Responsible for the execution and shipping of all projects that reside at the Depot. Fixture list review and coordination of fixture selections are managed on an individual basis to ensure appropriate resources (labor, equipment and transportation) are assigned. Activities supported, but not limited to: Wall-To-Walls, Special Projects, New Store Projects and Store Requests.
</li></ul>-Manages logistical needs for all outbound shipments; creates BOLs needed daily by using databases (i.e. LTL services, Small/Overnight package shipping services and H-E-B). Package/pallet labeling and communication with shipper is essential for daily pick up.
 
<ul><li>Assists Depot manager with upholding Depot policies and processes with all workers. Provides Depot manager additional administrative support with invoice payment approvals.
</li><li>Attends project meetings as needed and provides key feedback for stakeholders as a subject matter expert
</li><li>Communicates fixture shipments for all activities to appropriate stakeholders and sends alert notices for fixtures not available to meet set dates.
