<ul><li>Empties and cleans trash receptacles throughout the store and each department</li><li>Ensures food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs</li><li>Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders</li></ul><br>

Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures. Develops exterior and interior elevations that align to HEB design standards</li><li>
Prepares all standard deliverables created by the Facility Design Team that includes interior/exterior renderings, approval drawings, 100% DD hand-off materials, review of RFIs and Submittals, and post occupancy evaluations. Performs Quality Control reviews for all external consultant work for projects that they manage.</li><li>
Leads the development team for standard greenfield or small wall to wall remodels that requires close collaboration, coordination, and design with internal and external Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Refrigeration teams.</li><li>

Strong understanding of the design and construction process. Actively manages the goals of each phase of design &amp; construction, including generation of site construction observations, performing formal punch list walks, approves RFIs &amp; submittals, and implements post occupancy walk best practices.</li><li>
Ability to manage standard architectural phases to completion on a monthly basis with direct supervisions by others. Tracks project status, risks, and schedule changes through project management software. Surfaces workload risks and works with the Manager to prioritize projects and internal/external resources</li><li>
Power user of Sketchup, REVIT, AutoCAD, 2-D and 3-D modeling and visualization, Bluebeam, and the MS Office suite of products.</li><li>
