Herbal Goodness is a premium provider of organic superfoods and herbal supplements. Our purpose is twofold: to empower global wellness and to give back&mdash;10% of our profits fund the education of African girls through the WAAW Foundation. 

We are seeking a Social Media, Influencer &amp; Partnerships Manager to own Herbal Goodness&rsquo; influencer and partnership strategy. This role combines relationship-building with data-driven execution to expand our reach, strengthen brand credibility, and drive sales through authentic voices in wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle. 

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute Herbal Goodness&rsquo; influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and wellness communities.</li>
<li>Identify, vet, and onboard influencers, ambassadors, and affiliate partners who align with the brand&rsquo;s mission and values.</li>
<li>Manage contracts, deliverables, and content calendars for influencer collaborations.</li>
<li>Build strong, long-term advocacy programs with micro- and nano-influencers.</li>
<li>Track and optimize campaign performance: engagement, reach, referral traffic, conversions, and ROI.</li>
<li>Partner with content, community, and data teams to amplify influencer-generated content across all channels.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with FTC endorsement guidelines and regulations governing wellness-related claims.</li> 
</ul>
Success Metrics
<ul>
<li>Increase influencer-driven traffic by 25% within 12 months.</li>
<li>Deliver 10&ndash;15% of new customer acquisition through influencer campaigns.</li>
<li>Achieve a 5:1 ROI on influencer marketing investments.</li>
<li>Establish 50+ active influencer/affiliate partnerships in the first year.</li>
<li>Contribute to driving 100% revenue growth within first 12 months</li> 
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in influencer or partnership marketing (wellness, nutrition, or consumer goods preferred).</li>
<li>Strong network of influencer contacts in health, wellness, or lifestyle.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with influencer platforms/tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Grin, Upfluence, Traackr).</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with proven ability to measure, report, and optimize campaign results.</li>
<li>Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards for endorsements in the wellness sector.</li>

We are seeking a Marketing Data &amp; AI Strategist who will transform data into a competitive advantage. This role blends analytics, predictive modeling, and technical SEO expertise to uncover growth opportunities, reduce customer acquisition costs, and improve retention. Your insights will drive AI-powered decision-making across our marketing and growth teams. 

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and own Herbal Goodness&rsquo; marketing analytics strategy end-to-end.</li>
<li>Use AI/ML tools to forecast demand, predict churn, and personalize customer journeys.</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize core KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, repeat purchase rates.</li>
<li>Partner with SEO and content teams to ensure analytics inform organic growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Conduct technical SEO audits and maintain strong site health (crawlability, structured data, site speed).</li>
<li>Build clear, actionable dashboards for leadership and growth teams.</li>
<li>Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) and deliver data-driven recommendations.</li> 
</ul>
Success Metrics
<ul>
<li>Reduce CAC by 15&ndash;20% within the first 12 months.</li>
<li>Achieve a 20% year-over-year increase in repeat purchase rate.</li>
<li>Maintain 90%+ technical SEO health score on major audit tools.</li>
<li>Contribute to 100% revenue grow within first 12 months.</li> 
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, or similar roles (eCommerce/CPG/wellness preferred).</li>
<li>Proficiency with SQL, Excel, GA4, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of technical SEO and Google Search Console.</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, recommendation engines, or customer journey automation.</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for leadership.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.</li></ul>
