The Transportation Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for employees and guests to various locations as needed. This position is also responsible for the cleanliness, presentation, and routine maintenance of company transportation vehicles, including employee shuttles, passenger vehicles, vans, and trucks as assigned. The Driver ensures a safe, clean, and friendly experience for all passengers.
Pay Range: Starting at $18/hr. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
This is a seasonal position from May through November, with the potential for continued, year-round employment based on performance and business needs.<div> 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

The Housekeeping Manager leads all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout guest rooms, public spaces, common areas, and the operations center. This role is responsible for maintaining the interior of the property while partnering with other departments to identify and report maintenance and design concerns, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
<ul><li>Motivate staff and maintain a positive staff attitude</li><li>Supervise housekeepers to clean all rooms, common spaces, public areas, and operations center</li><li>Personally inspect the cleanliness of each item listed above</li><li>Train supervisors to inspect all areas</li><li>Lead Room Quest with the design team</li><li>Communicate and follow up on all issues with the design team and the Maintenance Manager</li><li>Ensure all interiors match the room catalogs for furniture placement</li><li>Maintain carpet in all interiors to be free of dirt, soil, stains, and replace as needed</li><li>Oversee pantry stocking in all areas</li><li>Organize daily room cleans</li><li>Ensure all &ldquo;turns&rdquo; are ready for arrival by 4 pm</li><li>Ensure all make-ups and turndowns are completed while the guest is out of the room</li><li>Ensure all fixtures and furnishings are kept in good condition</li><li>Plan and schedule staff according to occupancy and budget</li><li>Purchase supplies and amenities as needed</li><li>Understanding of PAR levels and internal ordering procedures</li><li>Oversee the training of new employees</li><li>Develop supervisors to improve management skills</li><li>Handle all administrative duties of the HSKP department</li><li>Understand the housekeeping budget and scheduling procedures</li></ul>

The Housekeeping role is a labor-intensive and fast-paced position that is responsible for the cleaning of all guest rooms and common areas on the property. The housekeeping staff is also responsible for complying with guest requests and assisting other departments when requested to ensure 5-star service. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
<ul><li>Must be detail-oriented in all cleaning aspects</li><li>Load supplies for the day</li><li>Attend line-up each morning to receive room assignments</li><li>Perform Make-ups, Turn-overs, and Turndowns in the given time frame</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all common areas</li><li>Bring laundry to the service center for pick up by the laundry facility</li><li>Restock all housekeeping closets on the property with amenities and linens as necessary</li><li>Clean and maintain the Service Center, Operations Center, and other office areas, including bathrooms and break rooms</li><li>Clean out golf carts at the end of the shift and plug them into the charger to be prepared for the next shift</li><li>Notify Maintenance and Design departments about room issues immediately</li><li>Take lost and found items from the vacant room to the front desk and notify the manager when items are found</li></ul> 
Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
