Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner who is eager to join a start-up and build our healthcare company, Intune Physical Therapy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape HR strategy, culture, and talent at a high-growth organization where your impact will be felt immediately. The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and people managers across Intune, driving both strategic HR initiatives and full-cycle talent acquisition for clinical and non-clinical roles across our PT locations nationwide. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop proactive pipelines, and champion an exceptional employee experience from first interview to long-term retention.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution</li><li>
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount strategy aligned with company growth targets</li><li>
Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and culture-building efforts across a geographically dispersed workforce</li><li>
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a high-performance, people-first culture</li><li>
Support compensation benchmarking, promotion planning, and total rewards conversations in partnership with the Director of HR</li><li>
Analyze HR metrics and people data to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend proactive solutions</li><li>
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws</li><li>
Lead and support change management efforts as the company scales rapidly toward its 150+ location goal</li><li>
Participate in special HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed</li><li>
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across Intune&rsquo;s growing network of PT locations</li><li>
Identify hiring needs and quality candidates in partnership with hiring managers; develop accurate, compelling job descriptions and communication templates</li><li>
Develop best-in-class sourcing strategies to build high-quality active and passive candidate pipelines across all markets</li><li>
Assist with development and execution of recruitment strategies to address hiring challenges in competitive healthcare markets</li><li>
Stay current on healthcare industry trends and innovative methods to attract top clinical and administrative talent</li><li>
Work with Marketing to increase employer brand awareness among potential recruits and professional networks</li><li>
Attend career fairs, university events, and other recruitment functions to build talent pipelines</li><li>
Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges, universities, PT programs, and diverse professional organizations</li><li>
Review applicant pipelines; determine when sponsored ads are needed and manage sponsorship budgets accordingly</li><li>
Maintain accurate candidate electronic files and documentation in the ATS and HRIS platforms</li><li>
Manage onboarding of all new hires, including review of background check results and coordination with hiring managers</li><li>
Ensure recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with all applicable government regulations</li></ul>

Position type
This is a full-time, onsite position in Brentwood, TN.
Travel
Ability to travel as needed for recruiting events, career fairs, and clinic visits.
Required education and experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>
5+ years of progressive HR and/or talent acquisition experience required</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity strongly preferred</li><li>
Experience in healthcare recruitment and/or HR for a multi-site organization preferred</li><li>
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification a plus</li><li>
Familiarity with relevant software platforms preferred (Microsoft Office, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS)</li></ul>

Role Summary:
The Help Desk Technician plays a critical role in maintaining system reliability and ensuring our internal teams across Highland Ventures&rsquo; portfolio companies receive timely, professional technical support. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service, and a commitment to delivering quality technical solutions.
This is a generalist role on a small, lean IT team. You will handle the full mix of work that comes through our ticketing system, from process-driven restaurant tasks to desktop troubleshooting at our physical therapy clinics to user access provisioning across the company, and you will have direct relationships with the people you support and visible ownership of the tickets you handle. 
Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, ticketing system, or remote session</li><li>
Diagnose and resolve technical problems using diagnostic tools and systematic troubleshooting approaches</li><li>
Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively, adjusting complexity based on the user&rsquo;s technical knowledge</li><li>
Provision and manage user access: account creation, permissions changes, role transitions, and terminations across the company&rsquo;s business lines</li><li>
Support restaurant operations, including menu changes, order management system tickets, and point-of-sale equipment issues at our HRG Pizza locations</li><li>
Provide front-line network and connectivity support: Meraki diagnostics, ISP coordination, Wi-Fi and printer issues at remote sites</li><li>
Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, mailboxes, and shared resources, with basic Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint support</li><li>
Support healthcare clinic workstations for Intune Physical Therapy, handling patient data with appropriate attention to security and HIPAA requirements</li><li>
Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams while maintaining clear communication with users throughout resolution</li><li>
Document solutions and troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base to improve self-service options and team efficiency</li><li>
Maintain current technical knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development</li><li>
Support users across multiple Highland Ventures companies including Legacy Commercial Property, Hoogland Restaurant Group, Intune Physical Therapy, and Highland Pure Water</li><li>
Contribute to project work as capacity permits: onboarding new locations, hardware refresh projects, and rollouts of new tools</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on help desk or technical support experience in a professional environment</li><li>
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and ability to diagnose network-related issues</li><li>
Proficiency with both Windows PC and Mac operating systems</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and user account management</li><li>
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to troubleshooting, including comfort working through unfamiliar issues without a runbook for every problem</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users</li><li>
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor when interacting with users at all levels</li><li>
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms), including clean documentation and ticket discipline</li><li>
Reliable schedule and attendance: a small help desk team depends on predictable coverage</li><li>
Flexibility to work various shifts including some evenings and weekends as needed, with periodic on-call coverage</li></ul>

Position type and expected hours of work
