</h2>JOB SUMMARY
This job supports the growth of the Organization's sales goals through the development of customer-focused, strategically-positioned sales messaging, proposal messaging and/or creative design materials/presentations. The incumbent coordinates and communicates effectively with all levels of the organization and senior management for the collection, analysis and documentation of information and creative concepts related to client communications (executive summaries, presentations, placemats, etc.) by consulting with Sales, performing strategic research, market analysis, and creative resources for key industry stakeholders (external clients, consultants, Partner Plans). Assists in the oversight of the Sales Messaging Analyst role for appropriate solutions. This is a consultative position embedded in the sales organization that offers sales support to include marketing, graphic design and unique and customized solutions. The incumbent coordinates highly complex projects.
This role can be hybrid or remote. If you live within 50 miles of an office you will be required to be onsite 3 days a week (T, W, TH). Outside of 50 miles will be remote.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Project coordinator for high exposure, critical impact projects related to sales activity. Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with oversight from the Sr. and Lead Sales Messaging Analysts and provide guidance for the creation, development and delivery of value proposition sales materials (including RFPs, executive summaries, presentations, placements etc.) Collaborate with all levels of the organization to acquire necessary documentation used in completing RFP's, creating materials and presentations used at potential / current client meetings. Significant expertise needed to complete complex assignments as assignments are broad in nature and require ingenuity and originality.
</li><li>Communicate effectively, verbally and written, with all levels of the organization (and/or Consultants, Blue Plans) to resolve problems, prioritize, multi-task and build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
</li><li>Create and tailor product information and positioning to customize various sales strategies (via written and visual communication materials) with targeted, strategic solutions according to project timeliness. Provide centralized quality review of messaging and visual information library to ensure accuracy, consistency, appropriate position and competitive differentiation.
</li><li>Create, develop, write, and manage information / graphical resources and automation tools to be used for sales staff to respond to customer needs in a customized solution-sales driven market. Interpret and understand the needs of the customer in order to create a compelling, well-articulated value proposition that aligns the Organization&rsquo;s products / services with the customers&rsquo; healthcare strategy.
</li><li>Apply knowledge of graphic standards, brand requirements to materials, as appropriate, adhering to company policies and procedures.
</li><li>Advanced knowledge of all lines of business, products and services in order to develop clear and concise messaging. Solid knowledge of the Organization's distribution channels.

This job is part of an executive administrative team. This job provides administrative support to more than one Vice President and/or Senior Vice President. Incumbents will rely on experience and judgment to complete responsibilities, plan, accomplish goals and meet deadlines, and is required to be a consummate professional with a demonstrated record of enabling executives to carry out their duties with high effectiveness and efficiency. This job will have latitude in work project and requires a highly self-motivated with strong work ethic, diplomacy, political awareness, multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to execute their work by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Communicate effectively both in person and virtually to all levels in the organization. Display effective communication skills while interacting and responding, both written and verbally, with internal and external entities on behalf of assigned management. Maintain a communication flow by receiving and distributing correspondence via mail services or on-line communication networks.
</li><li>Provide secretarial services support to assigned Executives (Vice President and above). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: (a) maintaining calendars for the Executive including scheduling meetings, making conference room reservations, meeting arrangements, and arranging audio/visual equipment as needed. Prepare for meetings by creating, organizing, and distributing meeting materials; (b) performing typing, word processing, transcribing and proofreading activities concerning correspondence, memoranda, schedules, reports, presentation materials and statistical information; (c) using Microsoft products to create and revise files including but not limited to spreadsheets and executive presentations; (d) attending selected meetings in a non-participatory manner to take appropriate notes and conserve time while assuring familiarity with meeting developments; (e) Scheduling travel and managing the executive&rsquo;s itinerary, and processing expenses for reimbursement; (f) compiling various information and performing minor calculations as required for departmental reports; (g) Maintain a communication flow by receiving and distributing correspondence via mail services or on-line communication networks; (h) Scheduling reservations, meeting arrangements, conference rooms and audio/visual equipment as needed; (i) Receiving visitors and telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner and direct inquires to the appropriate staff based on an overall knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and/or (j) Maintaining hardcopy and on-line correspondence and administrative files.
</li><li>Serves as the point of contact for department organization by working with the Executive to schedule and organize team events, coordinate new employee onboarding, and ensure the team has access to necessary supplies. Works with IT for technology and system requests as needed.
</li><li>Works closely and effectively with the executive to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities; following up appropriately.
</li><li>Review and prioritize information and inquiries received for the consideration of the Executives, make high-level contacts from both inside and outside the Organization, and address and answer inquiries and solicitations paying constant attention to formal clearance, procedural controls, and organizational sensitivity.

This job is responsible for working with HHO clinical departments in the areas of compliance and process improvement. Serves as a corporate resource regarding accreditation standards, clinical performance and continuous improvement principles. Manages the oversight and development of clinical submissions for regulator inquiries. Oversees development and maintenance of Care Management policies and procedures to ensure accreditation and compliance with NCQA and DMMA requirements. Monitors regulatory changes, industry trends, and contract changes on an ongoing basis. Conducts analysis and oversight of design, development, modification, adaptation, implementation and execution of solutions for improvement of short-term and long-term clinical and operational excellence. Collaborates with various organizational leaders to prepare briefings or reports and conduct data analyses. 
 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Serve as an internal project lead to ensure alignment and consistency in the organization's contractual clinical performance measurement across Care Management.
</li><li>Manage and coordinate department activities including but not limited to: policy and procedure development and revision, individual staff audits, and overall operations to ensure compliance to standards and regulations. Serve as the point of contact and Highmark Health Options clinical representative to state regulators.
</li><li>Continuously examine processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and refinement.
</li><li>Perform internal clinical audits for the purpose of quality assurance, and to assure compliance with respect to regulatory requirements and corporate policies/procedures.
</li><li>Recommend and develop corrective action plans to management. Oversee final plan implementation and communication.
</li><li>Effectively communicate outcomes, data analysis, complex processes and action plans to division/unit staff, corporate partners across departments and external customers.
</li><li>Research federal and state regulations and other regulatory materials, various business requirement contracts and subcontracted delegate entity to ensure compliance.
</li><li>Coordinate department accreditation, oversight and compliance activities with regulatory guidelines/agencies, including but not limited to NCQA and DMMA.

$67,500.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
