<p>
We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our Operations team in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute contract requirements and support the project's safety, schedule, and quality objectives.</li>
<li>Exemplify Holder's commitment to safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies.</li>
<li>Oversee on-site workforces, coordinating daily scope, sequencing, and inspection of installed work.</li>
<li>Assign responsibilities and collaborate with office and field teams to support project goals and manage risk.</li>
<li>Manage project site logistics and organize on-site activities to maintain workflow efficiency.</li>
<li>Provide leadership and mentorship to associates, supporting professional growth and team development.</li>
<li>Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications.</li>
<li>Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>

Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering-related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Outstanding communication and time management abilities.</li>

<p>Preferred:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience managing or supporting complex commercial construction projects.</li>

</div></div><p>We are looking for a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our team in one of our regional offices. This is a full-time, proposal-first role that owns the complete pursuit lifecycle from kickoff through final submission, while bringing strong creative craft to every deliverable. This position is InDesign every day and partners closely with project teams, marketing leadership, and executives to position Holder as the builder of choice for complex, high-stakes projects.</p>
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h1>
<ul><li>Produce all proposal layouts, presentation decks, and pursuit materials in Adobe InDesign, applying strong visual judgment and layout principles.</li>
<li>Own end-to-end production of RFQs, SOQs, RFPs, and interview presentations, including schedule and deadline management.</li>
<li>Lead content strategy by identifying differentiators, developing win themes, and ensuring persuasive storytelling.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and executives to gather and elevate technical content.</li>
<li>Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, project sheets, and marketing databases to keep materials current.</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h1>
<p>
Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign.</li>
<li>4+ years of proposal or marketing experience within the AEC industry.</li>
<li>Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple pursuits under tight deadlines.</li>

   Coordinate design processes for complex Mission Critical commercial projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate integration between design and construction teams.

   Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, especially MEP disciplines.

  <li>
   Conduct cross-discipline design quality reviews.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assess design document status by phase and project needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify and address design and engineering challenges.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with owners, designers, engineers, and subcontractors for issue resolution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage deadlines, maintain files, and provide reporting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coach and mentor junior associates.

   Experience managing complex Mission Critical commercial projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong ethical standards and ability to have difficult conversations professionally.
  </li>

   Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
