Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs that promote exceptional patient care</li><li>
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of open communication, teamwork, and respect</li><li>
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize patient outcomes</li><li>
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals</li><li>
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies</li><li>
Provide direct patient care as needed, utilizing clinical expertise and knowledge to make informed decisions</li><li>
Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge</li><li>
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field</li><li>
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices and procedures</li><li>
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines</li></ul>
