We're a fast-growing medspa built on the belief that self-care is an investment &mdash; and we're looking for a creative, driven content creator to help us show that to the world.&mdash;THE ROLEWe're hiring a Social Media Content Creator Intern to join our team on a flexible, project-based basis. You'll be on-site capturing content, editing it, and posting it across Instagram, TikTok, and paid ad platforms. This is a hands-on creative role with real visibility &mdash; your work will be seen by thousands.&mdash;WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with our brand voice and campaign goals</li><li>Film short-form video content on-site &mdash; treatments, behind-the-scenes, client transformations, team moments</li><li>Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid social ads using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar</li><li>Design graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva</li><li>Write captions, conduct hashtag research, and optimize posts for reach and engagement</li><li>Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent content calendar</li><li>Monitor comments, respond to followers, and actively engage our community</li><li>Track performance metrics and provide simple reporting on what's working</li><li>Stay current on trending audio, formats, and aesthetics in the beauty and wellness space</li></ul>&mdash;WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<ul><li>Based in Athens, GA &mdash; on-site presence required</li><li>Strong portfolio or social media presence showing video content you've created and edited</li><li>Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Edits, or similar)</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for graphic design</li><li>Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends and best practices</li><li>Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight</li><li>Interest in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics is a strong plus</li><li>Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred &mdash; but not required</li></ul>&mdash;WHAT YOU'LL GET<ul><li>$15&ndash;$18/hr based on experience</li><li>Flexible, project-based schedule that works around your availability</li><li>Real-world portfolio content inside a visually rich, growing brand</li><li>Hands-on mentorship from ownership</li><li>Employee discounts on services and skincare</li><li>A beautiful, professional environment to create in</li></ul>&mdash;TO APPLYSubmit your resume and a link to your portfolio, TikTok, Instagram, or any video work you're proud of.
