 The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the Regional CEO, as well as potentially other C-suite executives as required, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across business activities. The role requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and professionalism, acting as a key point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Executive Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, calls, and travel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare briefing notes, agendas, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including regional and international trips, visas, and itineraries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Strategic &amp; Operational Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the CEO in monitoring and following up on strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct background research, analyze information, and provide executive summaries to aid decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with regional leadership teams to ensure alignment with CEO priorities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Liaise between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders (partners, clients, and employees).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the CEO in managing stakeholder relationships across different countries in the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and prepare for regional leadership conferences, townhalls, and client events.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Office &amp; Team Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee administrative support within the CEO&rsquo;s office to ensure smooth operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage expense reports, approvals, and budgets related to the CEO&rsquo;s office.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Special Projects
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as delegated by the CEO, often involving cross-functional coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, market reviews, or business cases, where necessary.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role, ideally within the insurance sector
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced, international environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>

 The Graduate Program aims to nurture young talent and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the insurance sector. By participating in our program, students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different areas, enabling them to develop a holistic understanding of the industry.
