Job Overview HP Environmental is seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This role is based in Vermont, Illinois, United States, and is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills. As the first point of contact for many potential clients, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by scheduling qualified appointments for our sales and technical teams. We are looking for a results-driven person who is confident, organised, and keen to contribute to a leading company in the environmental sector. Key Responsibilities  <ul><li>Proactively contact potential clients from provided lists via telephone and email to introduce HP Environmental's services.</li><li>Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and qualify them for our solutions.</li><li>Clearly and professionally articulate our company's value proposition.</li><li>Schedule high-quality appointments and meetings for our senior team members.</li><li>Maintain an accurate and detailed record of all communication and appointments in our CRM system.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments.</li><li>Follow up on initial contacts and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills  <ul><li>Proven experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales role is highly desirable.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner.</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated with a determined, results-oriented approach.</li><li>The ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office).</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.</li><li>An interest in the environmental services industry would be an advantage.</li></ul> Benefits  <ul><li>A competitive hourly wage of $18 - $28 USD per hour, dependent on experience.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career progression within the company.</li><li>A supportive and collaborative team environment.</li><li>The chance to make a significant impact on the company's success and growth.</li></ul>
