Job Responsibilities:Record daily financial transactions (AR/AP)Handle invoices, receipts, and paymentsBank reconciliations &amp; petty cash managementMaintain organized financial records and documentationPrepare basic financial reports for managementSupport payroll coordination and vendor follow-ups when neededRequirements:3+ years of accounting / bookkeeping experienceStrong Excel skills (mandatory)High attention to detail and accuracyStrong confidentiality and integrityFluent in English &amp; ArabicExperience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, or similar)Job Type: Full-time

Internal Accountant / Bookkeeper

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily warehouse operations for apparel and accessories.</li><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.</li><li>Ensure proper storage of garments to maintain quality (hanging, folding, sorting by size and color).</li><li>Oversee order picking, packing, and distribution to retail stores or customers.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages or losses.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams.</li><li>Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems (ERP / WMS).</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management within the fashion industry.</li><li>Very good command of Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of garment storage, inventory control, and warehouse operations.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
