 Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing or mentoring teams.
 </li>

 Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

 Responsibilities:

 Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues professionally and maintaining a positive work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage payroll processing and related statutory compliance including EOBI and PESSI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with company guidelines and labor laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives to build a motivated workforce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support leadership in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
