About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Human Interest Finance team as we continue to propel our high growth business helping Americans save for their future. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the Corporate FP&amp;A team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate FP&amp;A, this role will be a critical player supporting cross-functional initiatives, building financial models for scenario analysis, and collaborating with all levels within the organization to improve our forecasting accuracy and financial reporting.

<li>Collaborate with senior leadership and their teams to provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support. Deliver actionable insights to inform key decisions and align capital allocation with strategic company initiatives</li>
<li>Identify and streamline processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions on the &quot;way we do things&quot; to support our next phase of elevated growth and scale</li>
<li>Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure financial performance against strategic objectives. Help us understand where we have room for improvement across the P&amp;L</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our FP&amp;A systems to enhance operational efficiency while making the system easy to use</li>
<li>Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings, investors, and internal reporting</li>
</ul>
What you bring to the role
<ul>
<li>Self-starter, challenging the status quo, and provide recommendations</li>
<li>3+ years of relevant experience in FP&amp;A at high-growth software company and/or investment banking</li>
<li>Deep understanding of SaaS business models and a proven ability to analyze key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC)</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and financial systems (ideally Netsuite and Pigment)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan. Expertise in Pigment a plus!</li>
<li>Demonstrated agility in learning and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Interest in AI-forward finance workflows &mdash; this team is actively building in that direction</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills - ability to collaborate across functions and levels throughout the company, as well as with external partners</li>

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $110,000 - $140,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered. All of our employees are offered a robust suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits. Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A

About the role

As an Operations Analyst you will support the transition of our clients' 401(k) plans to new recordkeepers or closing out accounts. You will ensure the accurate and timely execution of all business tasks during the transition. You will partner with other key teams in the organization to obtain the clients needs and requests during the transition. You will communicate the issues and the ways to correct them. Additionally, supporting the transactional needs of our clients.

<li>Manage an individual caseload of terminating and deconverting plans in SalesForce and Jira</li>
<li>Create and monitor ticketing activity between multiple operational teams, ensuring SLAs are met</li>
<li>Deliver best-in-class client experience through regular interactions with plan sponsors and recordkeepers</li>
<li>Ensuring all documentation related to plan termination/deconversion is in good order, verifying last payroll and blackout dates</li>
<li>Partnering with internal teams to complete the full client account closure</li>
<li>Configure a variety of termination activities across multiple HI systems</li>
<li>Reconciliation activities to capture cash/fund imbalances</li>
<li>Financial transaction activity including plan liquidation, cash movements, processing dividends and quality review of team transactions</li>
<li>Plan audit activities, including validation of payroll processing up to and not beyond agreed upon dates, ensuring transactions are accurate up to termination/liquidation date</li>
<li>Preparing reports for the new recordkeeper within Snowflake and HEX</li>
<li>Researching ROTH Basis amounts and updating accordingly</li>
<li>Researching and answering follow up questions from the plan sponsor and/or new recordkeeper</li>
<li>Conduct root cause analysis to provide suggestions on how to reduce churn</li>
<li>This position's duties and assignments are subject to modification based on organizational needs.</li>

About the role

We are looking for an AI Enablement and Transformation Lead to join our People team with a focused mission: transforming how our organization works by embedding AI into the way our People team operates and delivers programs company-wide.

This role is purpose-built for someone who understands both the craft of HR and the power of AI &mdash; and who gets excited about unlocking new levels of impact through smarter, faster, and more human-centered ways of working. You'll partner across all People functions &mdash; from Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to our People Business Partners and People Operations teams &mdash; identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools, upskilling AI proficiency, and building the internal capability that makes transformation stick.

<li>Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-powered solutions across HR workflows &mdash; from scoping and design through piloting, launch, and iteration</li>
<li>Pilot and scale AI-assisted approaches across common tasks &mdash; such as job description writing, candidate screening support, employee communication drafting, data analysis, and more</li>
<li>Document new AI-enabled workflows and develop enablement resources (playbooks, templates, job aids) that make adoption easy and sustainable</li>

Governance &amp; Responsible Use
<ul>
<li>Champion responsible and ethical AI use, ensuring all AI-assisted workflows comply with data privacy standards, employment law, and company policy</li>
<li>Partner with Legal, Compliance, and IT to establish guardrails and best practices for AI use</li>

Measurement &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul>
<li>Define success for AI adoption</li>
<li>Gather ongoing feedback from team members and use insights to iterate on programs, resources, and coaching approaches</li>
<li>Report regularly to leadership on adoption trends, impact, and emerging opportunities</li>

What you bring to the role
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in core HR functions, Learning &amp; Development, or HR Operations preferred</li>
<li>3+ years of direct experience with AI tools in a professional context, with a strong understanding of how AI applies to workflows specifically</li>
<li>Ability to craft effective prompts for a variety of HR workflows (job descriptions, communications, data analysis, etc.)</li>
<li>Understanding of how LLMs work at a conceptual level &mdash; enough to teach others and troubleshoot outputs</li>
<li>Knowledge of AI limitations, hallucinations, and how to quality-check AI-generated content</li>
<li>Proven ability to influence and drive adoption&mdash; making AI approachable, relevant, and immediately useful</li>
<li>Experience designing and facilitating training or enablement programs in a corporate setting</li>
<li>Strong consultative skills &mdash; able to partner with stakeholders, diagnose needs, and build practical solutions</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Docebo or similar preferred</li>
<li>Deep Experience with AI tools such as Gemini and Claude</li>
<li>Knowledge of responsible AI principles and data privacy considerations</li>
