Job Summary
The Concierge is a personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff at the premium lounge by Airport Dimensions supporting the Sapphire Lounge by the Club located in the San Diego International Airport. They are first touchpoint the guest encounters. They set the tone for the guest&rsquo;s entire visit. Upon arrival at the lounge the Concierge will greet the guest, calling them by name, check credentials and/or process sales and usher guest into the lounge. Concierge provides lounge tours and completes guest discrepancy reports.

Primary Job Duties<ul><li>
Interact with guests via premier clubroom/bar environment in a professional and pleasant manner.</li><li>
Welcome guests by name and assist them throughout their stay.</li><li>
Being accountable and taking ownership of the guest's experience from beginning to end.</li><li>
Employing the Guest First philosophy in meeting guests' needs and expectations.</li><li>
The ability to listen to the guest's needs, in turn offering confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the guest with the service they received.</li><li>
Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unanticipated situations may arise, putting guest experience at the forefront of everything you do.</li><li>
Knowledgeable about the lounge, each guest and the surrounding area</li><li>
Communicate with guests over the phone and in person.</li><li>
Provide all information guests need to enjoy their stay; it may include providing information on the facilities and the services for booking.</li><li>
Possess basic working knowledge of alcoholic beverages and food offerings</li><li>
Complete paperwork related to daily sales, passenger counts and miscellaneous reporting</li><li>
Always follow established safety procedures.</li><li>
Immediately report any health and safety incident, security breaches, concerns or suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty</li><li>

Be able to stand during entire scheduled shift</li><li>
Ability to handle the stress of a face-paced work shift up to ten (10) hours</li><li>

Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions</li><li>
Report to work on a regular and timely basis</li><li>
Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays</li><li>

JOB SUMMARY
The Club is located alongside various shops and restaurants. It is a fast-paced, fun work environment that is growing in style and amenities.
The Club is looking for Full-Time Lounge Attendants with flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and opening or closing scheduled shifts. Shifts are subject to change, based on business needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The description below is designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by team members within this classification. The work of the Floor Attendant includes: Performing a full range of food preparation, cleaning, and customer service for the Lounge. The duties of a Floor Attendant include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Maintains a neat work environment, kitchen and passenger seating area including picking up trash, washing dirty dishes, restocking and arranging buffet and food offerings, magazines and newspapers in an orderly fashion, etc</li><li>
Restocks food and beverage offerings including; chaffing dishes, crock pots, trays, snacks, coffee, cups, glasses, ice, etc. in all service areas</li><li>
Completes any paperwork related to daily inventory / orders</li><li>
Meets customer and passenger needs through courteous customer service skills via clubroom/bar environment</li><li>
Maintains current city and state approved badged and permits, as applicable</li><li>
Adheres to all local and state health department and other state agency regulations</li><li>
Ability to function in the duties of a Customer Service Assistant if necessary</li></ul>
JOB REQUIREMENTS 
Ability to successfully pass airport authority security background check. High school diploma or GED is preferred. Related background in customer service or restaurant/bar service. Must be at least 18 or 21 years of age as applicable by law. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and possess verbal communication skills necessary to communicate with customers, passengers, and co-workers. Able to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e. Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Ability to make change when making a cash transaction on Point-of-Sale machine</li><li>
Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form</li><li>
Ability to bend, climb up/down, crouch, hear, kneel, reach, speak, stand, turn, twist, walk</li><li>
Must be able to lift 40 pounds, 40 inches high without the aid of another person</li><li>
Must be able to push and/or pull 120 pounds with the assistance of a wheeled cart</li><li>
Ability to perform tasks safely and according to established procedures to prevent personal injury, injury to others and avoid damage to the environment, facilities, and equipment</li><li>
Ability to follow all lawful safety, health and liquor rules and regulations</li><li>
Personal appearance and grooming that will present a favorable corporate and customer image</li><li>
