<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree holder in Engineering/Business, contract management or related fields from a reputed University.</li><li>Candidate having 7+ years of working experience in the contracts / commercial department of a reputed company, especially for the EPC and relevant subcontracts.</li><li>Should be able to manage contracts from drafting, evaluation and negotiation to the execution process. Needs to be skilled in numerous areas, including legal compliance, variation, claims/negotiation and relationship management.</li><li>Effectively address and resolve issues/disputes through contract management, FIDIC, and the processes of claims and arbitration.</li><li>Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills both in one-on-one and group meetings.</li><li>Candidate should posses the analytical, project management should provide technical and creative solutions with respect to contract management.</li><li>Have a good command of verbal and written English communication.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
