Job Summary:The Assistant Manager &ndash; Finance will support the Department in overseeing financial operations at the head office, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective financial management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.</li><li>Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and variances.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.</li><li>Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.</li><li>Support cash flow management and financial planning.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CFA preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Competencies:</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Strong time management and multitasking ability.</li></ul>Location: Dolmen Executive TowerWork Location: In person
