We are seeking a qualified and experienced Junior Planning Engineer / Document Controller for our Water Reservoir Operations &amp; Maintenance Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and maintaining all project-related documentation in an organized and systematic manner.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.</li><li>Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.</li><li>Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of O&amp;M activities.</li><li>Maintain and control all project documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence.</li><li>Ensure proper document filing, tracking, revision control, and record management.</li><li>Prepare project dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for management review.</li><li>Support project management in planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</li><li>Liaise with clients and consultants regarding project documentation and reporting requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procedures and document control standards.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or a relevant discipline.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and document control, preferably in water, utilities, infrastructure, or O&amp;M projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project planning, reporting, and document management systems.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Junior Planning Engineer / Document Controller (Nabisar Plant)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Mechanical Manager for our ongoing Water Reservoir Project at Nabsiar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and supervise all mechanical works related to the water reservoir project.</li><li>Lead site teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with project management, civil, electrical, and QA/QC teams.</li><li>Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and resource planning.</li><li>Resolve technical and operational issues at the site effectively.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of project milestones within approved budgets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, water reservoir, pipeline, or construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, site execution, and project management.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates with experience in remote project sites.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional working environment</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Accommodation and site facilities as per company policy</li></ul>Work Location: In person
