Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts &amp; Finance Officer to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support overall financial activities of the organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable processes</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow</li><li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and employee-related financial records</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>ACCA / CA Inter / CMA (part-qualified or completed)</li><li>Experience working in a corporate environment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
