About the Role
We&rsquo;re looking for a highly creative and performance-oriented Creative Lead to own and scale the creative direction behind our growth marketing efforts. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing, working closely with the Growth and Media teams to develop high-converting ad creatives across multiple platforms.
You&rsquo;ll lead the creative process from concept to execution &mdash; building campaigns that not only look exceptional but also deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and lead performance-focused creative strategies across paid marketing channels
</li><li>Translate campaign goals into compelling ad concepts and creative directions
</li><li>Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and media production teams
</li><li>Oversee the production of ad creatives across video, static, carousel, motion, and short-form formats
</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Growth/Performance team to align creatives with audience insights, funnel stages, and campaign objectives
</li><li>Optimize creatives based on key performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
</li><li>Plan, execute, and analyze structured A/B tests to improve creative performance
</li><li>Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, and visual quality across all channels
</li><li>Stay updated on platform trends, consumer behavior, and emerging ad formats across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
</li><li>Manage external agencies or freelancers when scaling creative production
</li><li>Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring high-quality creative output</li></ul> 
Requirements 
<ul><li>
3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or advertising creative production
</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven campaigns and measurable results
</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
</li><li>Experience with video editing and motion tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
</li><li>Strong understanding of paid media creative best practices across major advertising platforms
</li><li>Experience creating and adapting creatives for multiple formats and placements
</li><li>Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and creative performance analysis
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and feedback management skills</li></ul>

Experience in EdTech, education, or consumer-focused digital products

Creative Lead

This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about coding and education to gain hands-on experience in developing engaging learning materials for our online platform. As a Content Development Intern, you will support the team in creating content for various programming tracks and contribute to enhancing the learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist in creating engaging and interactive content related to coding for our online coding platform.</li><li>
Support the development of plans and outlines for programming courses, including Fundamentals of Programming, Mobile App Development, Web Development, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Game Development.</li><li>
Assist in the development of lessons, projects, and assessments that align with our curriculum and learning objectives.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members to ensure content accuracy and alignment with best practices in coding education.</li></ul> 

Requirements
