Job Summary: The Automotive Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, engaging customers, and promoting the company&rsquo;s vehicle brands. The role requires strong communication in both Arabic and English, with the ability to understand customer requirements, present product features, negotiate deals, and ensure a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist showroom visitors, understand their vehicle needs, and recommend suitable models.</li><li>Present vehicle features, technical specifications, finance options, and promotional offers.</li><li>Conduct test drives and highlight performance, technology, and safety benefits.</li><li>Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales through professional negotiation and closing.</li><li>Maintain strong follow-ups before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and future referrals.</li><li>Prepare quotations, sales proposals, invoices, and coordinate with finance &amp; insurance partners.</li><li>Maintain updated product knowledge about new models, competitor vehicles, and Qatar market trends.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.</li><li>Participate in showroom events, outdoor sales campaigns, and corporate fleet inquiries.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in automotive retail sales (Qatar/GCC experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Fluent Arabic language skills (spoken &amp; written) and good English proficiency.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License.</li><li>Transferable Visa with Valid QID (NOC preferred if required by company).</li><li>Knowledge of Qatar car market trends, customer preferences, and finance/insurance procedures.</li><li>Skilled in CRM systems to manage inquiries, track prospects, and maintain customer records., email communication, and MS Office tools.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes in Qatar Market:<ul><li>Experience dealing with bank finance, insurance approvals, and vehicle registration processes at Metrash/MOI.</li><li>Ability to build corporate relationships for fleet or leasing business.</li><li>Confidence working in multicultural teams and customer bases.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure to reach sales targets.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
