Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources/MBA/BBA/MHRM, or a related field.Experience: 1&ndash;2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the development or NGO sector.Skills:<ul><li>Sound knowledge of HR policies, recruitment practices, and labor laws.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems will be an advantage.</li><li>Willingness to travel and conduct field visits as part of HR support functions.</li><li>Maintains a professional, calm, and positive attitude.</li><li>A team player who values empathy, collaboration, and positivity in the workplace.</li><li>Able to manage workload efficiently and eager to learn and grow.</li></ul>Note: Candidates who are unable to manage multiple tasks or travel out of station are kindly advised not to apply.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring transparent and inclusive hiring.</li><li>Assist in onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee personal files in line with ITA&rsquo;s policies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and relevant labor laws.</li><li>Support in payroll coordination, and manage attendance and leave records efficiently.</li><li>Contribute to HR reporting, staff timesheets, documentation, and safeguarding initiatives.</li><li>Conduct field visits and intercity travel when required to support HR operations and staff engagement at project sites.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
