Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations</li><li>Handle EOBI &amp; PESSI contributions for Head Office and project employees</li><li>Resolve workers&rsquo; grievances and conflicts</li><li>Coordinate with Labor Department and relevant authorities for workers&rsquo; benefits, claims, and compensation cases</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated workers&rsquo; records and documentation</li><li>Support a positive industrial relations environment</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, EOBI, and PESSI regulations</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities</li><li>Good record-keeping and reporting skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites</li></ul>Qualification:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HRM + Certification of Labor Laws &amp; IRPay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
