 Key Responsibilities &amp; Duties:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain a 3&ndash;5 year Strategica Category Plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to reduce costs
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with key vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct quarterly business reviews with top suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead strategic sourcing events for towing and subletting services
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate contracts focusing on rate optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate strategy into contracts, policies, and execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess and mitigate risks related to vendor capacity
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore innovative solutions like digital dispatch
 </li>
 <li>
 Benchmark against industry leaders for service improvement
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to negotiate service agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills for cost evaluation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience engaging with senior leadership
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Nice to Have Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of towing or fleet operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with digital dispatch or GPS tracking solutions
 </li>
