The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery, with a passion for delivering natural, high-quality results and exceptional patient care.You will work in a modern, fully equipped clinical setting alongside a team of professionals dedicated to beauty, wellness, and innovation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g., liposuction, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelifts, Botox, fillers, threads, etc.).</li><li>Conduct in-depth consultations and provide personalized treatment plans to patients.</li><li>Evaluate patients&rsquo; suitability for procedures and explain potential outcomes and risks.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all procedures and consultations.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest aesthetic technologies and surgical techniques.</li><li>Work collaboratively with dermatologists, GPs, and other clinic staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and highest safety standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid DHA License or eligibility as a Plastic Surgeon in Dubai.</li><li>Medical Degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic setting.</li><li>Strong portfolio of previous aesthetic/surgical work (preferred).</li><li>Expertise in both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication and patient consultation skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary plus commission and performance-based incentives.</li><li>High-end, modern clinic with the latest technology and support.</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment.</li><li>Continuous professional development and training opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
