<div></div><div>Overview:</div>
<div>We are seeking a dedicated Child &amp; Adolescent Psychiatrist, or Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist with Child Psychiatry experience, to provide psychiatric care to youth in residential treatment programs located in Southern California. This role offers a flexible schedule, meaningful clinical impact, and the opportunity to work in a growing, supportive environment.<br>

Program Details:</div>
<ul><li>12 adolescent beds, 12 young adult beds</li>
<li>All patients are Child &amp; Adolescent in residential treatment settings</li>
</ul>

Key Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations for new admissions (required within 24 hours of admission)</li>
<li>Provide ongoing medication management and psychiatric follow-ups (flexible scheduling&mdash;can be completed within 1&ndash;2 days of your choosing each week)</li>
<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive care planning</li>
<li>Maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards</li>
<li>Flexible weekday schedule for follow-ups</li>
<li>Preferred: Availability for 1&ndash;2 weekends per month to manage new admissions only</li>
<li>Onsite presence in California with flexibility for telehealth for intakes</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child &amp; Adolescent Psychiatry</li>
<li>Board Certified or Board Eligible General Adult Psychiatrist with Child Psychiatry experience</li>
<li>Active medical licensure in California</li>
<li>Experience in residential or inpatient settings strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills</li>
</ul>
