Responsibilities As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be central to our daily operations. Your key duties will include:  <ul><li>Greeting clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.</li><li>Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.</li><li>Maintaining a tidy, presentable, and well-organised reception and meeting room area.</li><li>Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and co-ordinating meeting room bookings.</li><li>Providing general administrative and clerical support to various departments as required.</li><li>Monitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.</li><li>Assisting with the organisation of company events and client meetings.</li></ul>Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:  <ul><li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.</li><li>A customer-focused attitude with a polite and professional demeanour.</li><li>The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.</li></ul>
