This role sits at the intersection of creative concepting, AI image &amp; video generation, and hands-on editing. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for producing polished, performance-ready video ads using cutting-edge AI tools while following a structured production pipeline. If you&rsquo;re obsessed with AI video, love experimenting with new tools, and can execute quickly without sacrificing quality, this role is for you.Primary Objective:Produce high-quality AI-generated video ads (15s &amp; 30s formats) at scale while maintaining:Strong creative consistencyClean organizationAd-ready realismBrand accuracyKey Responsibilities:Brief Intake &amp; Pre-ProductionReview creative briefs and brand requirementsBuild shot lists using AI-generated images for each sceneSubmit shot lists for approval before video generationContribute creative ideas and concepts during team brainstormsImage GenerationGenerate cinematic, realistic images using Midjourney, Higgsfield (Nanobanana, Seedream, Flux, etc.)Edit and enhance images using AI and traditional tools when neededMaintain consistent brand look and visual languageVideo GenerationBring approved shot lists to life using AI video tools such as Higgsfield (Veo, Kling, Seedance, Sora, Wan 2.5)Organize files cleanly prior to editingEditing &amp; AssemblyEdit full ad sequences according to the briefAdd voiceover (ElevenLabs), music &amp; SFX, text, pacing, brandingApply color correction &amp; final polishDeliver both 15s and 30s versionsReview &amp; RevisionsApply feedback efficientlyEnsure ads meet quality, realism, and brand standardsFinalize exports for deliveryDevelopment &amp; GrowthContinuously improve prompt writing and creative executionStay current with emerging AI tools and workflowsParticipate in weekly lessons and skill-building sessionsSoftware &amp; Tools We Use:AI / Creative Tools: Higgsfield (Veo, Kling, Seedance, Sora, Wan 2.5), NanoBanana, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT / Gemini, CanvaEditing &amp; Enhancement: Adobe Premiere ProPlanning &amp; Organization: ClickUp, Figma, Notion, Google SlidesQuality Standards:Every deliverable must:Match brand tone and logo accuracyLook realistic (no uncanny AI artifacts)Include smooth pacing, transitions, and soundWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For:Proven experience with AI-generated video contentStrong editing fundamentals and ad pacing instinctsAbility to work fast without cutting cornersOrganised, disciplined workflow habitsOpen to feedback and collaborationPassion for AI, experimentation, and creative growthNice to Have:Ad or performance marketing experiencePrior UGC or direct-response video workPrompt engineering skillsExperience scaling creative outputJob Type: Full-time
