Job Title: 3D Animator Location: Remote Language: English Working Days: Monday through FridayWorking Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST): 8:30 AM &ndash; 5:30 PMAbout the Role: We&rsquo;re looking for a technically skilled and creatively driven 3D Animator to manage full-pipeline animation projects from concept to final delivery. This role demands precision, speed, and ownership across modeling, animation, rendering, and post-production. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver polished, production-ready visuals that elevate our brand and product storytelling.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the complete 3D workflow from start to finish, including:</li></ul>&ndash; Modeling &ndash; Texturing &ndash; Rigging (if needed) &ndash; Animation &ndash; Lighting &amp; rendering &ndash; Compositing &ndash; Basic VFX &ndash; Sound integration<ul><li>Deliver fully polished, production-ready final videos</li><li>Build custom 3D models from scratch &mdash; not reliant on pre-made internet assets</li><li>Apply detailed textures that enhance realism and brand consistency</li><li>Animate product visuals with precision and creativity</li><li>Execute lighting setups and render scenes for clarity, performance, and polish</li><li>Integrate basic VFX elements to enhance storytelling</li><li>Work closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to align animation with brand goals</li><li>Communicate progress, challenges, and delivery timelines clearly and proactively</li><li>Take full ownership of assigned animation projects</li><li>Deliver high-quality work on tight timelines without compromising detail or consistency</li><li>Maintain organized project files and adhere to brand guidelines</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong experience in VFX simulations, especially water-like fluids and similar effects</li><li>Ability to model assets independently &mdash; not reliant on pre-made libraries</li><li>Proficiency in 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Houdini)</li><li>Understanding of lighting, rendering, and post-production workflows</li><li>Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple animation projects</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Character animation (nice-to-have, but not essential for current workload)</li><li>Experience with motion graphics or compositing tools (e.g., After Effects, Nuke)</li><li>Familiarity with product visualization for eCommerce or tech brands</li><li>Creativity &mdash; someone who can bring original visual ideas and creative thinking into the animation process</li><li>Professional showreel &mdash; not mandatory, but definitely a plus if it demonstrates versatility and polish</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
