You&rsquo;ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with brand goals, and optimized for performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platformsMonitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve resultsCoordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of ad assetsPrepare campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summariesConduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting strategiesManage campaign budgets, pacing, and billing accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing goalsStay updated on platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends in paid socialRequirements:2+ years of experience in paid social advertising or digital marketingHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunitiesFamiliarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, etc.)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independentlyStrong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysisFamiliarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics toolsExposure to eCommerce, DTC, or lead-generation campaignsExperience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and iterationsJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote

Job Title: Attorney &ndash; Intellectual PropertyLocation: Remote (Must be able to collaborate on Eastern Time hours)Language: EnglishWorking Days: Monday through FridayWorking Hours: The working hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST to align with our office hours.About the RoleWe&rsquo;re a fast-growing, New Jersey-based consumer products company seeking a remote Attorney to support our General Counsel on a wide range of legal matters. This role will focus on intellectual property management, contract drafting and negotiation, and litigation support, including legal research and complaint drafting. If you&rsquo;re business-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the General Counsel with legal strategy, risk management, and business alignment</li><li>Manage and protect U.S. and international trademark and patent portfolios</li><li>Draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements including vendor, licensing, manufacturing, influencer, SaaS, and partnership contracts</li><li>Conduct legal research and case law analysis to support litigation and pre-litigation efforts</li><li>Draft legal complaints, cease-and-desist letters, and other pleadings</li><li>Advise internal teams on IP strategy, advertising law, marketing claims, and compliance issues</li><li>Collaborate with external counsel as needed and manage legal timelines and documentation</li><li>Assist with regulatory issues, including FTC, FDA, and e-commerce compliance</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>J.D. from an accredited. law school</li><li>Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience [IP, contracts, litigation support]</li><li>Strong experience drafting contracts and legal complaints</li><li>Deep knowledge of U.S. IP law [trademark, copyright, patents]</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and communicate clearly with business teams</li><li>Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience supporting consumer products, e-commerce, or DTC companies</li><li>Familiarity with global IP and contract matters</li><li>Knowledge of advertising, labeling, and packaging regulations</li><li>Business-minded, highly responsive, and proactive</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary, based on experience</li><li>Full benefits package available</li><li>Flexible remote work with collaborative, high-performance team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
