We are seeking a highly organized, articulate, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the executive leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating business development initiatives, and representing the executive office during on-site visits and client meetings.This role requires a unique blend of exceptional command over the English language, business acumen, and the flexibility to travel for site visits.Key Responsibilities1. Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the executive office, internal teams, and external clients.</li><li>Draft, review, and polish high-level corporate correspondence, emails, proposals, and presentations with absolute linguistic precision.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, queries, and requests, ensuring they are managed with the highest level of professionalism.</li></ul>2. Business Development Support &amp; Site Visits<ul><li>Accompany executive leadership or independently attend client meetings, project sites, and corporate events.</li><li>Understand core business objectives to effectively represent the company&rsquo;s interests during external interactions.</li><li>Assist in researching potential business opportunities, client profiles, and market trends to support business development efforts.</li></ul>3. Meeting Coordination &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Attend strategic internal and external meetings to record comprehensive, accurate, and structured Minutes of the Meeting (MoM).</li><li>Extract and track actionable deliverables from meetings, ensuring all relevant team members are aware of their deadlines and responsibilities.</li><li>Organize agendas, prepare briefing materials, and coordinate logistics prior to all scheduled meetings.</li></ul>4. Administrative &amp; Diary Management<ul><li>Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, and itineraries).</li><li>Maintain a secure, highly organized digital and physical filing system for confidential corporate and project data.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Business Development Coordinator.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, English, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Female Candidates will be preffered.</li><li>Excellent Verbal and Written Communication: Must have strong, professional spoken and written communication skills</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for document management.</li><li>Mobility &amp; Flexibility: Fully comfortable traveling frequently for field site visits, vendor meetings.</li><li>Meeting Documentation: Proven ability to listen actively and synthesize complex, fast-paced discussions into clear, structured meeting notes and action items.</li><li>Business Acumen: A solid baseline understanding of business development, bidding processes, or commercial proposals to effectively assist with growth initiatives.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
