IPS (Information Process Solutions) Pakistan are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, inventory coordination, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely availability of materials, efficient logistics coordination, and accurate reporting to support business operations.Major Job Responsibilities1. Procurement &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms</li><li>Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies</li><li>Maintain strong vendor relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities</li><li>Ensure timely procurement of goods and services based on operational needs</li></ul>2. Inventory Management<ul><li>Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory records</li><li>Analyze inventory data to support effective stock planning and cost optimization</li></ul>3. Logistics &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with supply chain regulations and organizational standards</li></ul>4.
