We are headquartered in Kuwait with operations in Egypt, KSA, UAE and China.We are looking for talent to join our Warehouse Operations in Riyadh, KSA.Position : Fulfilment Associate Working hours : Not less than 48 per weekAvailable to start immediately or on short notice<ul><li>Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.</li><li>Coordinate order processing workflows to meet daily SLA and cut-off times for last-mile delivery.</li><li>Ensure real-time update of order status in WMS / OMS systems.</li><li>Manage daily order queues, prioritizing urgent and same-day shipments.</li><li>Monitor picking and packing quality to minimize errors, damages, and returns.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth last-mile readiness.</li><li>Communicate operational delays, shortages, or fulfilment constraints in a timely manner.</li><li>Prepare &amp; submit daily fulfilment reports</li><li>Conduct regular cycle counts, verify stock accuracy, and report discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure proper labelling, shelving, and storage of goods following warehouse standards.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related).</li><li>2&ndash;4 years&rsquo; experience in fulfilment, warehouse, or last-mile delivery operations.</li><li>Proficiency in IT skills (Excel, email, reports, software)</li><li>Good communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational, coordination &amp; multitasking abilities.</li><li>Problem-solving and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;5,000.00 - &#65020;6,000.00 per month

As we expand, we are seeking a motivated Leads Qualifier to join our team and support our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities.Role Overview: The Leads Qualifier plays a critical role in the sales process by researching, identifying, and qualifying potential leads. In this role you will ensure that our sales team engage with high-quality prospects, improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research and identify potential leads for courier and logistics services.</li><li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.</li><li>Follow up with leads to nurture interest and set appointments for sales representatives.</li><li>Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve lead generation strategies.</li><li>Support sales campaigns and contribute to achieving team targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor degree</li><li>Proven experience in lead qualification, telesales, or sales support (1&ndash;2 years preferred). Freshers will also be considered.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic &amp; English</li><li>High level of organization and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Basic understanding of courier/logistics services is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
