In this role you will ensure that our sales team engage with high-quality prospects, improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research and identify potential leads for courier and logistics services.</li><li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.</li><li>Follow up with leads to nurture interest and set appointments for sales representatives.</li><li>Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve lead generation strategies.</li><li>Support sales campaigns and contribute to achieving team targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor degree</li><li>Proven experience in lead qualification, telesales, or sales support (1&ndash;2 years preferred). Freshers will also be considered.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic &amp; English</li><li>High level of organization and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Basic understanding of courier/logistics services is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
