 We&rsquo;re seeking a social-first storyteller with agency experience to lead our brand&rsquo;s voice, vibe, and visuals across TikTok &amp; Instagram. You&rsquo;ll own end-to-end strategy, content creation, and execution - crafting scroll-stopping content that drives brand love, engagement, and growth. If you live and breathe social, spot trends before they peak, and can create on the fly without waiting for a design team, we want you. Beauty obsession required.
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead social strategy for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat (and LinkedIn) with a platform-first approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create high-impact, in-app content using CapCut, InShot, and Canva.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage posting, scheduling, and daily community engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Jump on trends and produce reactive content at speed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Influencer &amp; UGC teams to integrate creator content seamlessly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track KPIs, analyze performance, and pivot fast based on data.
 </li>

 Hands-on and proactive - you ideate, shoot, edit, and post.

 Fluent in English &amp; Arabic, with deep beauty/lifestyle knowledge.

 Qualifications

 3+ years in social media or digital content (agency experience strongly preferred).
 </li>

 Proven success on TikTok &amp; Instagram.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled with editing tools and analytics platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable on-camera or directing content.
 </li>
