 About the Role
 
 
 
 As the Sales Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for clients and design partners within the furniture division. Based in the company&rsquo;s Dubai showroom, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing client communications, preparing quotations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth project administration.
 
 
 This role is ideal for someone with a passion for furniture and interiors who thrives in a structured, client-facing environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Welcome and assist clients, providing a professional and engaging experience.

 Support the sales team with product information, pricing, and quotation preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate client and project records in the
 
 CRM system.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage sample inventory and coordinate logistics for orders and deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with suppliers and internal project teams to ensure efficient order processing and client satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare client proposals, presentations, and follow-up correspondence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate sales and stock reports for management as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the onboarding and training of new team members when needed.
 </li>
