<p>The Executive Operations Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role manages executive calendars, coordinates meetings and travel, prepares reports and presentations, oversees confidential communications, supports cross-functional projects, and helps improve organizational processes. If the role includes office management, project coordination, and executive-level decision support, rates at the higher end of that range are common.</p>
