 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Greet customers in a warm, professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately process payments (cash, check, and credit card) for service and parts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate our dealership's computer system and cash register efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all documents, receipts, and totals are verified and properly recorded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with service advisors and department managers to support a smooth customer experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer concerns with poise and refer to appropriate staff when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in maintaining and reconciling cash register balances daily.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process refunds and mail out customer documents as necessary.

 Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.

 A positive, professional appearance and attitude.

 Willingness to learn dealership systems and tools.

 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person!
