Your local knowledge and passion for customer service will be memorable. You will work as one team with our internal &amp; external suppliers whilst taking responsibility for resolving customer queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.</i></div><br>

What will I do?</b><br>

As a <b>Resort Representative</b> based in or close to<b> Side</b>, you&rsquo;ll report directly to the Resort Team Leader and work closely with internal and external partners to deliver <b>VIP industry leading customer service</b>. You&rsquo;ll be at the heart of <b>creating memories</b> for our customers.<br>

Create Memories</b></li></ul>
Through scheduled hotel visits and virtual interactions via our internal systems on a tablet device, you&rsquo;ll provide award winning customer service that leaves a lasting impression. By sharing your local knowledge, you&rsquo;ll recommend tailored experiences and attractions that perfectly match our customers interests to enhance their stay.<br>

Take Responsibility</b></li></ul>
Support our customers during any disruptions, emergencies, or escalations in resort, providing calm, confident assistance when it matters most.<br>
<ul><li><b>
Be Present</b></li></ul>
Represent <b><i>Jet2holidays</i></b> during hotel visits and respond to queries via video call &amp; messaging whilst delivering friendly and efficient support.<br>
<ul><li><b>
Work as One Team</b></li></ul>
On busy flight days you may be rostered to support our Airport team assisting with arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth start and end to our customers&rsquo; journey<br>
<br>
<b>What do I need?</b><ul><li><b>
Right to Work Documents</b></li></ul>
As we employ on local contracts, you will already hold full right to work documents for <b>Turkiye</b>.<br>
<ul><li><b>
Travel &amp; Accommodation</b></li></ul>
You will already be a driver and already be living in or close to <b>Side</b>.<br>
<br>
Due to an external rental car being provided as part of the role, in order to comply with their terms: You will hold a <b>valid driving license, be over the age of 21 and have least 1 years driving experience</b>. If required you will be willing and able to<b> drive a manual car </b>to travel between our hotels and resorts as part of the role.<br>
<ul><li><b>
Flexibility</b></li></ul>
We aim to provide your roster 4 weeks in advance. Your roster can include early starts, late finishes, split shifts &amp; weekend working. You will be required to support with any flight disruption, serious emergencies in resort &amp; customer escalations.<br>
<ul><li><b>
Skills &amp; Experience</b></li></ul>
Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. You must be solution orientated, friendly &amp; positive, be confident and comfortable to use <b>digital systems</b> (on a tablet device)<br>
<br>
<b>What can I expect after I have applied?</b><br>
<br>
Once your application has been reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll be invited to complete a short video interview. If successful, you'll progress to the final stage, an in-person interview with our <b><i>Jet2holidays</i></b> Destination Management team.<br>
