This includes managing relationships with local <b>Red Teams</b>, third-party suppliers, and airport operators to meet contractual obligations and deliver our <b>safe, friendly, VIP customer experience.</b><br>

As the <b>Regional Manager</b>, you will lead the <b>Jet2.com</b> team in T&uuml;rkiye, driving <b>On Time Performance</b>, identifying improvements, and ensuring VIP service across the operation. This is a <b>hands-on role</b>, interacting with customers and acting as a <b>Jet2.com</b> ambassador. You will <b>support the General Manager </b>with operational meetings, planning, resource management, and ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
<br>
<ul><li>Deliver safe and compliant operations at all designated airports, ensuring appropriate resourcing, GSE suitability, and adherence to procedures.</li><li>Work with <b>Compliance &amp; Assurance </b>on regular overseas audits, resolving non-conformities and monitoring safety performance via internal auditing mechanisms.</li><li>Manage<b> contracted service providers</b> and airport operators, tracking SLAs (OTP, Customer Satisfaction Scores, Safety metrics, Check-in desk availability, Short-shipped bags, Immigration issues) and applying bonuses/penalties.</li><li>Promote a <b>One Team</b> culture with <i>Jet2holidays</i>, third-party handlers, and partners to deliver seamless customer service.</li><li>Ensure all stations hold and correctly use the required <b>Jet2.com &amp; Jet2holidays</b> manuals, forms, literature, and equipment.</li><li>Proactively manage and control station sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.</li><li>Support the <b>General Manager</b> with recruitment, budgeting, resource planning, cost control, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Ensure the Airline and Tour Operator meet <b>DCA regulatory compliance</b> through strong stakeholder collaboration.</li><li>Ensure all locally employed colleagues in T&uuml;rkiye, meet<b> all local and country regulatory compliance requirements</b> and receive all necessary and mandatory trainings.</li><li>Manage and evaluate the performance of direct reports by establishing clear expectations and targets through company&rsquo;s established methods, standards and systems with the use of &ldquo;SMART&rdquo; goals, regular one to one meetings, seasonal reviews and continuous feedback and coaching.</li></ul><br>

Key Skills / Experience</b><br>

<ul><li>Essential: Previous Station Management experience in <b>Ground Operations.</b></li><li>Strong negotiation and contract/relationship management skills.</li><li>Experience managing remote service delivery and large, geographically spread teams.</li><li>Degree-level education or extensive airline industry experience.</li><li><b> Fluency in Turkish and English.</b></li></ul><br>
