 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify Project Requirement by Reviewing Project specification, Design Schedule&amp; Project BOQ
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide Solutions, Products, configuration proposals meet the customer&rsquo;s application requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide the required technical documents enabling the order to be released to the concern factory
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize the selections with respect to the Standard to have better Value proposition
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare of compliance statement and technical comparison and summary
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify and reviewing specifications and drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare orders &amp; tenders for our factories to proceed
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide advice to contractors and consultants on how the actual system really works
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Submittals and Quotations for the HVAC System and components (AHUs, FCUs, CRACs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle Projects in KSA, Yemen, Bahrain, Egypt &amp;Lebanon
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on Compliance Sheets for Consultants. In charge of guiding, monitoring, and leading entire group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Motivate their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience in HVAC system design or application engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in HVAC design and modeling software
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
 </li>
 </ul>
