Our clients expect precision, education, professionalism, and a high-touch experience.We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, client-focused, team-oriented, and excited to grow within a results-driven medspa environment.This is not an entry-level position.Non-Negotiable RequirementsPlease review before applying.Candidates must have:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on esthetician experience in a medspa, dermatology, or advanced skincare clinic</li><li>Active treatment experience, not front desk-to-esthetician transition experience</li><li>Experience working within a structured spa, clinic, or medspa environment</li><li>Active Texas Esthetician License</li><li>Verifiable professional references</li><li>Professional proof of work through Instagram, TikTok, portfolio, or treatment documentation</li></ul>Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Treatment Execution<ul><li>Perform advanced facials, microneedling, and corrective skincare treatments</li><li>Conduct detailed skin analysis and develop treatment plans</li><li>Provide post-treatment care instructions and professional product recommendations</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and clinical standards</li><li>Communicate professionally and build strong client rapport</li></ul>Client Experience<ul><li>Lead consultations with confidence and clarity</li><li>Educate clients on their skin concerns, treatment options, and expected results</li><li>Deliver a calm, refined, and elevated treatment experience</li><li>Build long-term trust through consistency, education, and visible outcomes</li></ul>Performance Expectations<ul><li>Support client rebooking and long-term retention</li><li>Recommend appropriate treatment plans, packages, and upgrades</li><li>Contribute to package and membership conversions</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed client records</li><li>Operate well in a high-performance, results-driven environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Korean skincare methods or advanced modalities</li><li>Korean-speaking preferred, but not required</li><li>Strong understanding of acne, aging, pigmentation, texture, and corrective treatments</li><li>Familiarity with Korean beauty aesthetics, treatments, and skincare trends</li><li>Comfortable taking before-and-after photos and documenting treatment progress</li></ul>Social Media / Portfolio RequirementCandidates must have an active professional presence on Instagram, TikTok, or a digital portfolio. A large following is not required. However, candidates must be able to provide clear proof of work, including:<ul><li>Before-and-after results</li><li>Treatment documentation</li><li>Visible skin transformations</li><li>Examples of professional skincare work</li></ul>This is not a content creation role. The goal is to demonstrate real clinical results and treatment experience.Compensation &amp; Training StructureAll hired estheticians will complete a required onboarding and training period in Korean skincare methods and Hannah Method protocols before independently performing services.Training Includes:<ul><li>Hands-on shadowing with the Owner</li><li>Korean skincare treatment philosophy</li><li>Product knowledge and treatment protocols</li><li>Written and practical evaluation before client-facing services</li></ul>Training Compensation:<ul><li>$15.00 per hour during onboarding and shadowing</li></ul>Post-Training Compensation:<ul><li>$20.00 &ndash; $22.00 per hour, based on experience</li><li>Eligibility for performance-based commission, including:</li><li>Treatment upgrades</li><li>Client retention and rebooking</li><li>Packages and membership sales</li></ul>Important Training Notes:<ul><li>Training is performance-based, not time-based</li><li>Most qualified candidates complete training within a short, structured timeframe based on proficiency</li><li>Transition to the full hourly rate occurs once readiness is demonstrated</li><li>Experienced estheticians who show strong proficiency may complete training on an accelerated timeline</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Team PerksK Beauty Lab is a professional, high-standard medspa with a supportive team culture, advanced training, and valuable employee benefits.Employee Benefits Include:<ul><li>Saturday team lunch provided</li><li>30% family discount</li><li>30% employee retail discount</li><li>70% discount on staff treatments</li><li>Partial tuition support for required esthetic certification courses</li><li>Free personal color analysis</li></ul>Free Monthly Staff Treatment:Employees receive one complimentary service under $250 per month at the employee&rsquo;s chosen time, limited to once per month.Advanced Staff Treatments:Medical-grade treatments are available to staff at ampoule/supply cost only.
