Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.over 18 yearsResponsibilities<ul><li>Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.</li><li>Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted.</li><li>Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.</li><li>Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and address any issues that may arise.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve any issues effectively.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations.</li><li>Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.</li><li>Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.</li><li>A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to restaurant operations.</li><li>Must be over 18 years.</li></ul>Join our team as a Server where your contributions will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow within the culinary field!Job Type: Full-timePay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hourWork Location: In person
