<b>Position Overview</b><br>
<br>
We are seeking an <b>HVAC Project Coordinator</b> to help manage mechanical construction projects from handoff through closeout. This role is responsible for schedule coordination, cost control, field coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.<br>
<br>
<b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Help manage HVAC construction projects from pre-construction handoff through project closeout.</li>
<li>Track and maintain project schedules, material movement, and labor.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams on design-build and design-assist projects.</li>
<li>Prepare and receive project permits.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage change orders.</li>
<li>Coordinate field supervision and internal resources to support project execution.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain project folders and operational Software (BuildOps).</li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers.</li>
<li>Manage submittals, RFIs, as-builts, and closeout documentation.</li>
<li>Support inspections, testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.</li>

<b>Required Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>1+ year(s) of construction project coordination experience in HVAC, mechanical, or related trades.</li>
<li>Experience managing projects in the $500K&ndash;$5M+ range.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to help manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project, or similar).</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).</li>
</ul>

<b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical construction practices.</li>
<li>Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>Experience with multi-family, commercial, K&ndash;12, municipal, or hospitality projects is appreciated.</li>
<li>Experience with public-sector and prevailing wage projects is a plus.</li>
<li>Design-build or design-assist experience is appreciated.</li>
<li>PMP, LEED, or similar certifications is a plus.</li>

<div></div><div>Responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new construction projects. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals to ensure that all systems are installed efficiently and safely.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and specifications to determine layout, materials, and installation sequence.</li>
<li>Perform rough-in work; layout and install duct systems, vents, bath fans, returns, and line sets per design and state/local codes.</li>
<li>Perform finish work: set and mount air handlers, furnaces, condensers, HRVs/ERVs, thermostats, grilles, registers, and accessories; ensure proper airflow and operation.</li>
<li>Install and connect refrigerant piping, condensate drains, and low-voltage/equipment wiring in accordance with diagrams, codes, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Measure and determine ductwork and piping requirements; cut materials to size and assemble as necessary.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project foreman and other trades to ensure cohesive and coordinated project execution.</li>
<li>Comply with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.</li>
<li>Ensure all installations meet safety and building code requirements.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or apprenticeship in HVAC preferred.</li>
<li>Proven experience as an HVAC installer or technician in a construction environment.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and functionality.</li>
<li>Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li>

We are seeking an <b>HVAC Design Engineer</b> who will play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of HVAC systems for commercial, multifamily, and municipal projects. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with 2&ndash;5 years of experience who is eager to expand their technical expertise within a rapidly scaling organization.</div>

The HVAC Design Engineer will collaborate closely with Project Managers, internal engineering staff, field teams, and clients to develop practical, efficient, and code-compliant HVAC system designs.</div>
<div><br>
<b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping layouts</li>
<li>Develop construction documents, drawings, and specifications</li>
<li>Perform energy calculations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards</li>
<li>Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other trades</li>
<li>Support design-build and plan-spec projects from concept through construction</li>
<li>Participate in project meetings and provide technical input</li>
<li>Review submittals and assist with RFI responses</li>
<li>Conduct site visits as needed to verify field conditions and support project teams</li>
<li>Contribute to value engineering and cost-optimization efforts</li>
<li>Assist in developing internal engineering standards and best practices</li>
<li>Train junior engineers and/or interns</li>

<b>Required Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>BS in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field</li>
<li>2&ndash;5 years of HVAC design experience</li>
<li>Current PE certification or a desire to obtain PE certification</li>
<li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems, load calculations, and applicable mechanical codes</li>
<li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)</li>
</ul>
