 Key Responsibilities

 Market Development:
 
 
 Identify and engage potential clients across industries, positioning KalSoft as a trusted digital transformation partner.

 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting:
 
 
 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and industry partnerships.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Solution Positioning &amp; Sales Presentations:
 
 
 Deliver impactful sales presentations to CXOs and business/IT leaders, showcasing KalSoft&rsquo;s capabilities in Microsoft Solutions, Dynamics 365, Application Development, Cognitive Technologies, and Managed Services.

 Proposal Development &amp; Presales Coordination:
 
 
 Collaborate with KalSoft&rsquo;s presales and delivery teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and design winning solution strategies.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Client Relationship Management:
 
 
 Act as the primary liaison for prospective and existing clients, ensuring effective communication, satisfaction, and long-term business engagement.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Revenue Growth &amp; Sales Targets:
 
 
 Consistently achieve or exceed defined sales quotas by closing new deals and expanding existing accounts.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Partnership &amp; Channel Collaboration:
 
 
 Leverage strategic alliances (including Microsoft and other technology partners) to co-sell and co-market solutions.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Market Intelligence &amp; Competitor Analysis:
 
 
 Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology adoption to refine KalSoft&rsquo;s positioning and go-to-market approach.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Contract Negotiation &amp; Deal Closure:
 
 
 Manage commercial discussions and contract terms, ensuring win-win outcomes for both clients and KalSoft.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Forecasting:
 
 
 Maintain CRM records, provide accurate pipeline visibility, and deliver timely sales forecasts.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Brand Representation:
 
 
 Represent KalSoft at client meetings, conferences, and industry events, promoting our expertise and service excellence.
 
 
 
 
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Proven B2B sales experience in IT services, software, or consulting
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 Track record of closing enterprise-level technology projects
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack and digital transformation solutions preferred
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a contractual arrangement
 
 
 
 
 </li>

 Proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamics)
